The rental fee for the reserved property must be paid before holiday commencement as follows:
50 % of the rental fee for the reserved rental property paid within 10 days of receipt of confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 42 days before the start of the rental period. A commission of 3% is charged (already included in the price).
